As a first contribution to this blog I would like to share my article on "Cyber-arming" in Turkish Today's Zaman. You can also read it on my blog. In this short article I attempted to show two examples of states that are concerned with both internal and external cyber-threats so much, that they are actually in the process of cyber-arming. So the defensive concepts of cyber-security are slowly overrun by the new offensive capabilities of states. Thus, the cyber-conflict (even cyber-war) is not as far away as it seems.
